Our self‑propelled crawler scissor lift covers 6m, 10m, 12m platform lifting height for outdoor rough‑terrain jobsites. Working height equals platform height plus 2 meters operator reach. Custom height options are available upon request.
Equipped with large rubber crawler tracks for low ground‑pressure. It adapts to uneven ground, gravel, grass, soft soil and mild muddy construction sites. Models with hydraulic outriggers must deploy outriggers before lifting for full‑height operation to guarantee stability.
Short‑distance driving under low lifting height is allowed on flat solid ground. Do NOT travel at full lifting height. On slopes or soft ground, fully lower the platform before relocating the machine, and obey tilt‑alarm safety limits.
Diesel rough‑terrain crawler scissor lift fits open outdoor construction sites with strong climbing power. Electric battery‑driven versions produce zero‑emission, suitable for mixed indoor‑outdoor, noise‑sensitive working environment. Both power types are optional.
Complete pre‑use inspection every shift. Check crawler track tension, hydraulic oil level, outriggers, emergency‑stop button and tilt sensor. Replace hydraulic oil every 1000 working hours. Clean dirt and debris stuck in crawler tracks periodically.
