What is your delivery time?
Generally 5-10 days for in-stock standard aerial work platforms and dock levelers, 25-40 days for customized orders depending on quantity and specifications. Express production and air freight options are available upon request.
Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We have focused on the export of aerial work lifting platforms for more than ten years, with a controlled supporting production base and our own foreign trade operation center. We control the full process from product R&D and model selection, raw material management, production supervision, and factory quality inspection to export customs declaration. All products are supplied directly from the source factory with no middleman markup, and each shipment can be matched with original spare parts for convenient local maintenance. Customers are welcome to visit the production workshop and inspect goods on site at any time.
What is the warranty period for your products?
Standard warranty is 12 months from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects and core components of our aerial work platforms and dock levelers. Extended warranty plans are available for an additional fee.
Do you provide OEM/customization services?
We fully support OEM branding and customization services. Our in-house project R&D department and on-site quality inspection team can customize implementation according to the customer's brand logo, equipment color scheme, nameplate specifications, complete machine documentation, and outer packaging standards. The full process from solution confirmation, prototype trial production, sample verification, and batch production is managed internally. Our designated standardized production facility handles complete machine assembly, no-load testing, and full factory inspection before delivery.
How do I choose the right aerial work platform or dock leveler?
Tell us your working height, load capacity, indoor or outdoor use, power source preference, and dock or surface conditions. Our engineers will recommend the most suitable OSEN model and provide a detailed specification sheet.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, Western Union, and PayPal for sample orders. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy before shipment.
How can I become a distributor?
We welcome long-term partnerships in the aerial work platform and dock leveler markets. Send us your company profile, target market, and projected annual volume. The OSEN overseas sales team will arrange a video call and discuss exclusive territory rights and pricing.
Do you provide installation and after-sales service?
Yes. OSEN provides detailed installation manuals, video tutorials, online technical support, and on-site engineer dispatch for major projects.
