The unit features towed travel with two-wheel steering. Maximum platform load is 200 kg. The platform guardrails slide up and down for easy installation, ensuring high working efficiency. Key components are sandblasted, derusted and powder-coated for excellent rust resistance. The tow bar and ladder are removable for convenient transport.
Remote control box: our aluminum lift comes with a remote control box, allowing operation from below the platform or via a wireless remote at or near the platform - safe, efficient, time- and labor-saving.
Premium joint-venture cylinder: high output force, low failure rate, simple maintenance and stable, reliable performance. Optional explosion-proof valve for special-environment use.
Fixed support legs: hidden fixed support legs must be deployed before raising. They greatly improve stability and safety, and can be retracted to keep the machine compact and mobile.
Emergency lowering button: in an emergency, turn the emergency-lowering knob counter-clockwise to bring the platform down. In normal operation, the knob must be turned fully clockwise.
Electrostatic powder-coating finish: all units pass through a 300+ meter electrostatic powder-coating line after sandblasting and derusting, producing a beautiful, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and rust-proof finish.
